Hi Andy, I'm afraid that SWIFT has no way of being able to identify which Template file to use, and so defaults to the first created which in fact is the American Standard Template. However, this is only true if you try to use the Emboss or print direct function of DBT. Until changes can be effected in the DBT program structure, you would be best to go from Word into DBT. This will them prompt you to select which Template you wish to use, be it British No Capitals, or a Custom one you have created.
