It is possible to back-translate from a .dxb file to create a .dxp file by
using Ctrl T. This works best in UEB as there is a better 1-1 correspondence
between print and braille characters, it also works better if the .dxb was
"styled" with DBT styles or codes as these work "backwards" so preserving
formatting. Codes other than UEB create mistakes in back-translation however
they can be edited and cleaned up if you know what the original print was. I
would not do this with technical material (maths, science etc.), only simple
text based material.

Suppose we lose the original file of print file, yet we have the braille
