There are two possibilities here. But may I first ask if your country has a
Braille Authority who kay down formatting standards, such as the position of
braille page numbering, how headings should be laid out, etc.?
In the short term, you can create a new Custom Template for yourself. This is
explained in detail in DBT's Help: The Menus: Document: Create Template.
In the longer term, if you do have a Braille Authority which defines how a
braille document should be formatted, it may be possible to produce a formal
Template for your own country to be included in the DBT release.

Subject: [duxuser] Default Page Number.
Importance: High
Hi List,
I choose to use the template UEB basic. Unfortunately, the page number set for
the template is reference page number on top and the braille page number on
lower right.
I wish to set reference page number none and Braille page number on top right.
Every time I create a new document, I have to do this.
How can I set default page setting of my choice?
Looking forward to hearing soon.
