[duxuser] Duxbury 10.7 and Templates

Hello all,
Duxbury seems to have gone south on me this afternoon as I am trying to
create a new template file. I am trying to use a DXP file (although I
have also attempted this with the DXB file).
Here is what I am currently doing:
- Open the DXP file in Duxbury 10.7
- Choose Document and then Create Template
- In the Create Template window, I give a unique name and click OK
I then receive one error message that says:
"Error opening new template file"
and then a second message that says:
"Unable to create template"
All has been working for the past several weeks and suddenly today,
Duxbury is not allowing templates to be created.
Any insights?
