I don't know why this happens, but when it happens to me, I just
close that box and alt-tab and usually the Duxbury file is there. I
have had this happen even in 10.5. I just never thought to ask anyone
about it. I also find that even though there is sometimes a box that
says the page breaks will not be marked, when I get into the file
they are in fact marked and they are correct. I just love puzzles!
