I have had the same experiences with those files and have informed APH of
these problems. They told me that they were not responsbile for the format
of the file. Hopefully the IMAA, Instructional Materials Accessibility Act
will solve this problem when and if it is passed by Congress. All publishers
will be required to use a standard format, probably XML.
