I am working on transcribing three large legal guides into Braille using
Duxbury version 11.3. The documents include footnotes with legal reference
information scattered throughout the text. When I read the documents in
formatted mode or in the embossed hardcopy Braille, the footnote numbers are
shown, but the actual footnotes are invisible. However, when I look at the
documents in code view, I can read the footnotes.
How do I code the documents, so the footnotes actually show up in the formatted
text as footnotes? I've poked around in the help screens, and I don't see
anything about footnotes, just page footers, which isn't what I'm looking for.
I've attached an extract from one of the documents which contains a couple of
the problematic footnotes.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
