Hi Rosy,

This sounds like exactly the same problems we experienced
here yesterday with a Versapoint Duo, although we are
getting good dots.

We did have to adjust the position of the front Paper
Sensor, but you may find that simply cleaning both paper out
sensors will be sufficient to solve that problem. I will
ask someone at E.T. if they would be kind enough to send
along user instructions for cleaning them, since I very much
doubt you will want to dismantle it.

As regards the location of the even page, we also had
problems here. If you have already applied Service Pack 1
to DBT 10.5, or are using an older version of DBT, you may
find it better to use the DBT's Generic Interpoint embosser
setup as opposed to the Versapoint Duo. In our case, this
solved the even page offset. (Sorry, I should have asked
which version of DBT you are using)

That said, we are currently working with Duxbury and
Enabling Technologies on refining DBT's control of the
embosser we have here, so hopefully I may have more news for
you in the next few days.

George.
