I have not seen the calendar you mention, but in DBT's Help, there should be an
example and complete explanation of a Pocket Calendar I have produced for a few
years now.
It is currently in Help: Templates, Styles and Codes: Codes: 20## Calendar

Subject: [duxuser] Embossing Pocket Calendar.
Hi guys,
Couple of years back, a friend of mine from the states had sent me few pocket
calendars published by American action fund. The calendar was so cute, yet
very handy and economically paper used.
I am using DBT 11.3 with the bookmaker embosser with paper size 11 by 11.5.
Can I emboss such pocket calendars? How do I sent the paper size?
I assume one full length of the paper can fit four sides.
