I had this happen to me for the first time earlier today.
I am working with DBT 12.4
Windows 10.

Hello George,
1. The Problem occurred on the version: DBT 12.4.
2. I uninstalled SWIFT and re-installed SWIFT and the problem remains.
3. I uninstalled SWIFT, and installed DBT 12.4 SR1 and installed SWIFT and the
problem remains.
4. I'm not sure, but I think the problem occurred after some Windows update. My
OS is Windows 7 64 bytes.
5. Maybe even when I deleted it in My document folder Add-in Express.
6. Now in My document is folder Add-in Express and 2 files: adxloader.log and
adxregistrator.log
Best,
Gradimir
