For the table of contents, as you are following BANA ormat guidelines
you would only write print page numbers, and only the first number, so
for the item from pages 7-9, the only reference would be for page 7.
Why do you not want DBT to try and assume the styles you need? Editing
a Word document before you import it into DBT is one of DBT's greatest
time-saving features.

series of reference pages. It's just a basic table of contents, but I
can't seem to find how to put the roman numerals on the top right of
the page. The document was given to me electronically, and only has

should only use those page numbers in the document, since no other

handle that? Should I use both print and Braille page numbers, or just
Braille?
