Hi Tamara,

Suggest you go to DBT's list of Codes, look for "kdtxe....".

They are "experimental" to some extent, but hopefully may help.

Hello All:
One of my colleagues is formatting a book that has a copious amount of
footnotes. We have combed the help sections of DBT but cannot find the
appropriate codes to get the footnotes to appear at the bottom of the page.
Does anyone have simple instructions for how to do this? Your help would be
greatly appreciated.
