[duxuser] French brl to e-text

I sent a message earlier about missing caps in French translation. In case
anyone is interested, I found a work-around.
In the brl file, I replace all dot 6 caps with dot 4-6 italics. Then the
French translation table produces capitals out of them.
Weird...but it works.
