I'm assuming you are referring to six-key input.
Some keyboards will not accept six-key input, I'm afraid.
The solution is usually to buy the very cheapest keyboard
you can find, with no intelligence built into it.
Unfortunately it is almost impossible to be specific about
makes and models, especially Internationally. It just
depends on what's available locally. However, the above
rule of thumb usually works.
