In the dxp file, I use the Runover Offset submenu found in the Layout menu.
Press control-r at the beginning of the list to have the runovers indent in
cell 3. No blank lines will be between the items.
To end this code, press alt-l to open the Layout menu. Then press r for Runover
Offset. Then press enter on 0. The text will go back to margin.

You can use the Runover Offset submenu to layered indents as in outlines.

I have tried simply placing my cursor on each paragraph and adding the list
style. This seems to have worked, though my braille document seems to now have
extra blank lines between the list items. How do I eliminate that, or will this
be fixed when the file embosses?

I use list style for hanging indents. In list style, the first line of each
list item is at the left margin, and the rest of the lines for that item are
indented two spaces.

I have never been able to resolve this issue--I have tried using styles in a
Word document and then importing that document into Duxbury, with minimal
success. Therefore, I would like to know if there is a way to implement hanging
indents into a document created in Duxbury itself. There doesn't seem to be a
way to create a paragraph style to do this--but I'm sure I'm missing something!
