Cecelia,
At the top of the layout menu there are many options for paragraph format 1-1,
1-3, 3-5, 5-5 and many more. I find them extremely useful.

in cell 3. This is not always appropriate, but I can't seem to get it to
change to cell 1 when necessary. I've tried simply backspacking to take away
the blank cells, but that isn't working.
Can someone please point me to whatever I need to do to rectify this?
