I would like to know if my Duxbury goes to sleep or if it is my Versa PointDuo. When I have to leave the computer for an extended period of time, then try to emboss, I just get a screen that says it's embossing but nothing happens. I have to shut it down and reboot to get anything going again. This happened with my old VersaPoint and a different computer also. Thankgoodness I save, I have lost too many projects before. Is there anything I can do to keep it awake? I have aide work in classes periodically throughout the day.
