[duxuser] Importing a Document

Hello Everyone,
I am relatively new to Duxbury and embossing documents. I bought a used
Duxbury version 10.2 and an older Blazer. All is working. I have Windows XP
on my home computer. I have been only able to use plain text to emboss
documents. At work, where there is later software, I was able to change the
word importer or something and emboss a Word document. My question is if there
is any other type of document I can emboss except plain text? If so, explain
what and how.
