Susan,

That suggestion doesn't make sense. If the fuse were blown, you wouldn't even get the dirge when you turned the embosser on. Besides, if there is a fuse, it's inside the embosser and you won't be able to get to it anyway. I still say your best bet is to call Enabling Technical Support and follow their instructions. Based on my experience with two different Juliets which I own, you'll probably have to send it in for repair.

I'd say it's time to call Enabling. You'll probably have to send the machine in for repair.
