My brailler settings are:  Paper size, narrow width, 11 inch, 32 characters per 
line, 25 lines per page, top margin 1, binding offset 1.

Juliet margins set 1-35

HI. Do you have your printer settings set up? You will need to set the braille 
global setting and then another menu by hitting Alt D and enter. Let us know 
where you are in the process of setting up the printer etc.

various commands. Regarding the printer problem, what size paper are you using?

    Hello, I just got DBT for Windows.  Where in the help do I find the 
keystrokes for H1 or H2, etc?  Also, the Braille on the back side of the paper 
is a little to far to the left.  How do I remedy this?

    I'm using a Juliet Classic Brailer.
