Hi Shepora,

You have to add DBTW to the Launch Menu. If it was there on your old machine, someone must have added it. Go to the Add option under the Launch submenu and follow the prompts, which are pretty straightforward. If you're puzzled by any of the prompts, press F1, and Help will explain. Let me know if you run into any trouble, and I'll talk you through it. Good luck.

Hello,

I am transfering my programs from the old computer to a new one. This
include Kurzweil 1000 and the Duxbury 10.4

My problem is....when I scan a document using Kurzweil, there is no
option (at the File Launch) for Duxbury. It only show
"add...change...delete..." (sub menus).

I looked into the Help topic, but there are about 500 topics! I am
hoping that anybody could help me with this. Is this totally a
Kurzweil-directed-problem? or is this a duxbury problem. I may be
looking at the answer right under my nose, but for the life of me, I
have no idea. Please help.

Thank you so much.
