Hi Phillip

Have you set your binding margin? (found in the global menu, embosser
setup)  I think when you do this, you have to include that count of
characters in the max char per line setting too.

IE.  Max char per line 46
desired char per line 40
binding margin 3

also, your embosser may have a programmable left margin as well.
