Hi Jerry,
In North America, specifications for formatting of braille documents should
follow "Braille Formats: Principles of Print-to-Braille Transcription." You
will find this document in BRF and accessible PDF formats on the BANA
website <http://www.brailleauthority.org/formats/formats2016.html>.
The answer to your question is in Section 8.3 of the 'Braille Formats'
document. Specifically, "Simple Vertical Lists" use 1-3 margins for each
item. There are other specifications for the simple vertical list format.
Check the "Braille Formats" document at the URL provided above for more.

Good morning all.
Using DBT 12.2, if a numbered paragrap starts at the extreme left margin,
and all of the runover lines begin in cell 3, this is considered as a
simple list, correct? I have been digging in Section 08 of the Rules of
UEB, but have not been able to come up with any definitive information one
way or the other. Thanks.
