I tend to agree, George. I've found very little help with equipment
purchased from anywhere. I had to download the user's guides for the
embosser and the software, but neither help with Duxbury assistance. So I
figured I'd ask the Duxbury users. This group has been more helpful than
any other. :-)

Perhaps this is not the most politically correct response, but when you
spend around 10 times the cost of Duxbury on an embosser, I would expect
the manufacturer or dealer to be able to provide you with a great deal of
help here.
Or is there something more specific which even they don?t know about?
