Hi George, Well, to be honest, I'm not entirely sure if SWIFT has been installed, because there are two DBT menus on the menubar at the top, and neither of them will let me select "Emboss Direct". An error message appears that says that a valid path for DBT cannot be found and asks me to please ensure that DBT 10.5 or higher is installed. Is there a way of rectifying this without needing to reinstall the whole program? Thanks for the info. This is available in the DBT menu in Word, and the report looks like the following extract. George. 33. Heading 1 Based on Normal style Font: Arial 16 point Next paragraph uses Normal style Paragraph format: alignment is left justified; outline level is 1; space after is 3 points, (approx 0.19 lines); space Before is 12 points, (approx 0.75 lines) 34. Heading 2 Based on Normal style Font: Arial 14 point Next paragraph uses Normal style Paragraph format: alignment is left justified; outline level is 2; space after is 3 points, (approx 0.21 lines); space Before is 12 points, (approx 0.86 lines) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: duxuser-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:duxuser-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Karina Gregory Sent: 10 August 2005 00:07 To: BCAB Cc: duxuser Subject: [duxuser] Microsoft Word Styles Hi all, Please can someone tell me if there is anywhere where I can find out what each Word Style does? I have looked in Word's Help but can't find anything. Basically, I'd like to use heading styles for my documents to make them more embosser friendly, but before I can, I feel that I need to know what each one does and how it will impact on the embosser and the output? Thank you for your help, and I hope to hear from you soon. Karina
