Hi Phyllis,

Here's 2 other ways you could get the email into DBT.

1. Save your email as a text file, then open that file in DBT. However, I've
had occasions where text at the end of lines has been chopped off when doing
this.

2. If you have a copy of MS Word, paste the email into a new document and
save it. Open the document in DBT.

I know you said you weren't familiar with DBT's word importer, but it is
very straightforward. When you select Open from DBT's File menu, then select
a document and press enter, a dialogue will be displayed. The default
template will be selected as will the Word 6 or Later importer. Use cursor
up/down to select your preferred template and press enter.

If you do have MS word then there is a utility which makes it even easier to
transfer documents to DBT. For more details either ask on this list or go to
the Duxbury web site and check the link for SWIFT.

Cheers.

Ian
