[duxuser] Moderator's Request regarding Replies to Messages

I'd like to clarify the preferred method of posting replies
on this list.
Essentially it is preferred that you try to "Top Post"
replies. That is to say your reply comes ** before ** the
original poster's message. For those using screen readers,
it can be a time consuming chore to plough through a
re-quoted message trying to find the reply.
Indeed general speaking, I find this is the preferred method
on most lists of this kind.
There can however be exceptions to this, but normally only
in cases where two or more questions are asked. In such
cases, it is often more prudent to answer below each
question, and before the text of the next question.
