Frank,Replace the hard line break [<] with the DBT code [hl2]. For those lines which should start at the left margin, use [hl1]. When looking at the document in formatted mode (where the codes are not visible), you can change the indentation of the lines by placing the cursor somewhere on the line and pressing Alt-Right Arrow to increase the indent, and Alt-Left Arrow to decrease the indent. Those commands actually change the number inside the [hl] code. Incidentally, you can find all this information in the DBT Codes Quick Reference section of Help.

I'm formatting the list of items in a restaurant menu in [list] style. For each item, I want to show the item name at the left margin and the price at the right margin with a line of dots between the item name and the price. Also, for items that include a description, I want the description to be placed on the line after the item name / price, indented one tab stop on the first line and indented two tab stops on subsequent lines. Is there a way to configure the list style to format each item of the list in this fashion, or must I manually insert line breaks and tab stops to force the desired indentation pattern? Thanks, Frank Welte Frank Welte Information & Referral Specialist LightHouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired 214 Van Ness Avenue San Francisco, California 94102 Direct: Fax: (415) 863-7568 http://www.lighthouse-sf.orgDonate blood on January 22nd as part of LightHouse's "Day of Giving" Blind Blood Drive and help us reach our goal of 150 units!
