Under the Document menu, go to Modify Styles. You see a list of the styles in
your currently loaded template. From that dialog box you can examine the codes
contained within the opening and closing parts of a style. Be sure to use the
Cancel button in order not to really modify anything. You will probably have to
delve deep into the codes section of the help to decipher what some of these do.

Subject: [duxuser] Need a REfresher on Styles ... How to Look Under The Hood
Hi, Everyone.
I'm using DBT11.1 and the UEB Basic template. I need a refresher on
how to be able to look at the codes associated with a style to be sure
I'm picking the right style for the job.
I use the basic styles--mostly headings and lists. I would like to be
able to understand what the other styles in the template do, but can't
remember how to look at a style's associated codes.
I've looked at the Help documentation, but nothing seems to show up to
point me toward being able to look under the hood, so to speak.
Thanks,
Dani
