I use Word and adding the template on SWIFT. And everything works fine. When I
use Duxbury directly even when I chose the template I still start the document
with [tcs] from F5.

Did you use MathType for entering the math? You will get upper cell numbers
unless you use MathType.

together. I am choosing English UEB – BANA with Nemeth, but none of the numbers
