How you do it has a lot has to do with what styles are in your template, but
an all-purpose code is [lea] immediately preceding the page number. e.g.

[lea]25[l]

If your template has a ReferencePageNumber. style or something like it, it's
best to use it when you have a heading at the beginning of the new page (it
prevents orphaned page change indicators).

I forgot to put a new Lesson on a new brl page after I completed four
lessons. The pagination is all messed up as a result. Please tell me
how to change the brl reference page # on the header line. It doesn't
appear in the code list.
