For the sighted user, they will see a series of reducing sized circles when the press the shift key. The screen reader user will need to interrogate the Status Line for the position. And as I said, when you translate a document, the cursor will be place at the beginning of the word where the cursor was last positioned in the print file. So, if I was making some changes on print page 52, 2nd line down on the word "Hello", that is where my cursor will be when I translate - in front of "Hello" in Braille.
