Morning all.
Using DBT 12.4 and JAWS 2018 on a Dell laptop, I have a question regarding an
issue I encountered a few minutes ago.
I opened up my DBT program, and immediately after opening the program, I got a
message saying “New Notification”. I tabbed through the open programs, and
landed back on the initial screen for DBT. I went through the list of files I
had previously saved, opened up the one I needed, and the file was opened, but
there was not text in the braille document. Can anyone offer any suggestions as
to why this is happening, and what can be done to correct this? Thanks in
