Hi,

You've certainly reached the correct address for asking questions, so please
feel free to ask. Perhaps you could tell us your name, since it's not clear
from your e-mail address. However, a very warm welcome to the list.

I'll ask about the order of message in the digest, as it is a good point.

I have to confess however that I personally tend to avoid digests. What I do
is to use Outlook's Filtering facilities to automatically place list messages
into individual folders. I then have each folder automatically sorted by Date
Sent (Not date received!). This means that they are more accurately sorted in
strict chronological order based on GMT.

The additional benefit of this method, for me anyway, is that if I want to
reply to a message, I only have to hit the Reply button.

Two quick questions as a new user: 1) Is this the correct email address for
sending questions? Nowhere in the duxuser digest does it state where to send
in questions. 2) Can this list be reversed, so that when we read the
questions, the earliest message is on top and the responses come further down
the page, as most chat areas do? I open the Digest and read a response to a
question which is further down the page. Then I have to find the question and
return to the top where it is answered. A natural sequence would seem to be
easier for all readers. Just asking, as I am new. This is not an intuitive
site to use.
