Hi Anders, A common mistake is for people to JUST type in the License number, for example, "K0000-00000000" (without the quotes). In fact what it is asking you for is the License TEXT which is usually something like "DBT K0000-00000000" - again without the quotes - it is also case sensitive. This information is usually printed and brailled on a yellow card which comes with DBT. If you still have problems, please contact activation@xxxxxxxxxx giving them the serial number you have, and they will help you by providing the correct information for you to enter. I am a new member to this list. My name is Anders Holmberg and i am from sweden. I have a question for you. When i installed dbt i got a license key which i typed and evrything seems to work fine. This was 2 months ago and last Saturday i had to print a text and got the message that i have to put the license key in. Dbt was in demo mode. So i gave the licens key once again but then it wouldn't work at all. It told me it couldn't activate if i didn't closed al othere insatnces of dbt. I only had on dbt opened. So i had to reinstall the whol program. /Anders. * * * * This message is via list duxuser at freelists.org. * To unsubscribe, send a blank message with * unsubscribe * as the subject to <duxuser-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>.
