I use the numbers for various documents. When I need to Braille a teacher's PowerPoint I look at the entire document and then decide what to indent consistently all the way through so that the student can take notes easier. If the teacher does not use an outline format, at least I can vary indents or runovers to clarify the document. The second number is the runover for the paragraph. So paragraphs styled as 7-5 start in cell 7 with runovers in cell 5.
