I use the numbers for various documents. When I need to Braille a teacher's
PowerPoint I look at the entire document and then decide what to indent
consistently all the way through so that the student can take notes easier. If
the teacher does not use an outline format, at least I can vary indents or
runovers to clarify the document.

So would you just use those for paragraphs? Or do you use these for notes,
lists, ...?

The first number is the cell the paragraph starts in. The second number is the
runover for the paragraph. So paragraphs styled as 7-5 start in cell 7 with
runovers in cell 5.

Could someone please tell me what the style numbers are? When I F8 to add a
style in my dxb document numbers ranging from 1-1. to 13-7. and so on are there
among all the other styles. I would like to know what the style numbers are for.

Thank you for your patience with my questions.
Tina
