Hello Paul,
Transcribing documents into Braille along with the many other activities
that keep me at the PC keyboard for too many hours in the day used to
cause me problems, particularly in the wrists.
But since I started doing Pilates I very rarely suffer this problem
anymore. I strongly recommend Pilates or any other exercise regimen that
stretches and strengthens the arms and hands.
