Ann,
While I have used Word for years, I found I had to learn how to really
use it and so spent weeks playing with Styles. Now when I want a recipe in
braille, I pull up the Word file and copy the needed Styles to the document
in question. This does away with all the messes and gives me a document I
can count on being formatted correctly in braille.
Its a bit of a job to set up each document but now saves me so much time
because I know the copied Styles will produce what I want. I have so many
recipes and each one has different quirks that got in over the years.
