Hi Everyone Another option is to use one of the pdf conversion programs from ABBYY (pdf Transforrmer) or Nuance (pdf Converter - note that Nuance was formerly known as Scansoft). I actually genenerally use one of the OCR programs (my preference is Finereader 7) to convert pdf files as I find the results more consistent and the software interface less crash-prone with screen-readers. I have a vague recollection that the Adobe pdf conversion email service no longer works - bad news if your access solution is a pda such as a Braillenote that doesn't support Acrobat.
