Hi Rosy,

The quick and easy way if you want to get rid of absolutely all codes,
(except for paragraph breaks), open your DBT file. Then highlight all
(Ctrl + a), then copy all (Ctrl + c) and paste into Notepad (Ctrl + v)

Then do the reverse and copy from Notepad back into a new DBT
document.

If you want to be selective, then it would be a case of Search &
Replace for specific Codes and/or Styles.

George.

Subject: [duxuser] Page numbering/finding formatting codes for
deletion

Hello all,

How do I get rid of the p1 on single-sheet documents?

In my church bulletin, I want to delete formatting so less paper is
used. I want to search and replace formatting codes with nothing. I
don't want
outline, hl codes, or tabs.

Could I get help on either of these things from the list? Thanks if I
can in advance.
