Diane,
I have a partial answer to your question about beginning page numbering on
page 7. At the very beginning of the document, before all other codes,
insert [svpfd7]. That's the code for "set page first displayed", and the 7
is your chosen page number. This is only a partial solution because on the
seventh page you'll have page number 7. I tried to change the 7 to a 1 --
played around with the [pv] code which puts a page number other than 1 on
the first page of a document, but it didn't solve the problem.

Subject: [duxuser] Page numbers and list style
I need help with 2 issues. First I am working on a document where I want no
page number until page 7 where page 1 will be the first number. How do I set
this up?
Next, I don't have a list style in word 2007 that will produce a list style
in DBT. Also my list style in DBT doesn't work since all run overs start in
cell 1 instead of 3. How do I fix these issues? All help appreciated.
