Not sure if this is the right list for this one, so I apologize in
advance if this is OT.
I downloaded a book from Bookshare, after informing Bookshare that I
wanted it in UEB. However, when I try and open it in Duxbury, it still
looks like EBAE. I've opened it using the UEB Bana filter, and I've
even tried pre-Bana. What am I doing wrong?
Running DBT 12.4.
