But when the PowerPoint includes graphics with text that has been imported
from other applications, it doesn't come out in Word. You've got to scan or
enter the data.

Once the PowerPoint is opened, go to file, click on send to. and you should
have the option of sending to Microsoft Word. Save it, the open it in
Duxbury and apply the outline style.

files into Word and on to Duxbury, 10.5. I'm using xp Home. I am able
