[duxuser] Print Cue

Hello Catherine:
You might wish to try the following:
Go to the Control Panel and select the printers and faxes icon. Press enter to
get in to the programme and you will see some items such as "add printer" and
"generic printer" if you are using DBT for Windows. Type the letter "g" for
Generic Printer but don't press the enter key. Instead, press shift and the
f10 function key which opens another menu. You will see one item marked "pause
printing" and another asking whether you wish to cancel existing print jobs.
Press enter on that selection and you will ask whether you wish to do this.
Type the letter "y" or activate the spacebar, depending on what your computer
says. The print cue will then be empty and you can then exit from the Control
Panel.
