Hi Catherine,
In Window XP, go to Control Panel, printers, and highlight
whatever the Versapoint has been called. Right click on that
icon, and select Properties. Navigate to the "Advanced"
control Tab. You will see there a Radio Button labelled
"Spool print documents so program finished printing faster",
this will most likely be active.
So mark the Radio button called, "Print directly to the
printer".
The drawback of this is that whilst you should be able to
stop a job faster, long jobs will tie up Duxbury on your PC.
However, you would for example, be able to work on a
document in Word while embossing.
