MessageHi Terry,

Try resetting the Juliet back to Factory Defaults:

OL
0.0E
95E
96E
98E
99E
1E

If that does not work uncheck allow escape codes in embosser setup (Document
Embosser Setup or Global Embosser Setup for new documents), Edit, Device
Settings Tab. The Juliet Pro can emboss 56 characters per line, the factory
default is 42. If you don't allow escape codes you will need to manually setup
the left and right margin settings in a user menu to emboss greater than 42
characters per line. In extreme cases you can select a single sided embosser
like the Romeo 25 and let the Juliet format your data for interpoint embossing.
 I hope this helps.

Best Regards,
Mark

thanks George when I get a chance I will do that. Unfortunately the printer
is at home and I can call from work but can't do anything with it. it is
strange though as it didn't do this with previous versions of Dux and I never
change the printer settings.

  have a good day.

    Hi Terry,

Can I suggest you call Duxbury Tech support? Dan or Don should be able to
sort you out.

    George.

    Hello:

I have a table that I created in word. The import goes fine and everything
looks fine however when I in boss the first page is fine however the second
page is indented half way across the page. This actually happens on every
second page. I am in bossing on a Juliet pro and have noticed this tendency
before.

Has anyone any idea why this is happening? it sure is a waist of paper and
it happens even when not using a table so I don't think the table is the
problem.
