Complements of the Season to you all.
Thanks for your suggestions. I use Quick Tac with Duxbury 11.1 SR4 for
the diagram and the braille document respectively. I have attempted
producing the braille documents as suggested by Rhonda. Though the
present problem is solved, the process of having to attach diagram to
every two or three pages seem to be too long considering the bulk of
materials there is to be brailled.
I would appreciate some other ways you can suggest for solving the
problem once and for all.
