All I gotta say is thanks to Warren and others who helped me with the
answeers I needed to my questions. I appreciate it and I certainly didn't
mean to start a discourse on how messages are sent. It was very thoughtful
of you to send your responses and I was able to find everything I needed on
the web site.

I also appreciate George's brief message explaining how messages should be
sent to the list as it helps to know the protocol. Thanks, George, for all
you do in helping all of us.

Hello Listers:

If I am posting a message to the list, requesting information, it is
really annoying to get my original e-mail, whole or in part, quoted
back at me along with any information in any reply e-mail.

Personally, what I want, is for responders to get straight to the
point and give me the information they are wanting me to know.

It is bad enough when you get e-mail messages with page after page of
addresses to whom the e-mail is also being sent before getting to the
actual text of the message, because the sender either does not know
how to send e-mail with the blind carbon copy feature/function enabled
or, does not even know that such a function exists .

Please accept my apologies for moaning about this point.

Sincerely:

Dave Durber
