Hi Susan,
QikTac (from TGD) is free from Duxburry. You will have to get in touch
with them to get a registration number (and perhaps contact your
distributor of Duxbury for the free program) so that you get a full
working version.
QikTac works on lots and lots of Braillers. Not sure of the full list, but
one can see this when setting up the software.
TGDPro though costs, I think.
I like QikTac, it is a very nice program, very easy to learn. We have also
a Tiger which is also very nice. With it you will get 
higher dot resolution. One is a program and the other an embosser that
does a lot. The Tiger is very easy to use.
Also if you have more questions about tactile graphics you might want to
ask also the AccessibleImage list.
