Based on the one response I got, I can only use reference page numbers with one document template? And inserting page numbers in a Word 2003 document using Insert > Page Numbers doesn't mean that the page numbers will be found/recognized by Duxbury 10.5 sp2. ...which means that reference page numbers have to be inserted manually. .why did I go into Document > Page Numbers and chose to have them on the lower right of a page if I have to insert them manually? I thought at one time if I had the page numbers in the original .doc document and chose in Duxbury to have the reference page numbers on the lower right corner of the page, they would show up. I didn't think I had to do this manually? I have a Word 2003 document with page numbers identified/lower right of page. I opened it in Duxbury 10.5 sp2 and went to Document > page numbers and set the Braille page numbers for the top right and reference page numbers for the lower right.odd and even pages. The Braille pages are showing up but the reference pages aren't even in the translated document. What step am I missing? I've looked in the Help files but can't find anything. Cheers, Karen
